Use the included zip ties to clamp the interlocked belt teeth together. 2 per belt end. The belt end clip should be close enough to the end plate that you can home the machine without hitting the clip. You may want to put the tensioner side on the back of the machine.

This mounts to the front of the upper most 20mm x 20mm cross bar with 2x M5x25mm screws and T nuts. uses 608Z bearings. Make the filament holder bar face forward and it should line up really well.

FRONT MOUNTED FILAMENT GUIDE

One person has experienced the 30mm hex head bolt slip inside the slot. though this is probably an isolated incident and was only on one end clip, I designed a plug to be glued into place to completely lock the hex head from all side. If you do experience slipping, you can also just flow some super glue into the slot. It will take up all the space. I will test and include 3 of them with all orders once verified.

Here are pictures of the raw unfinished clips received from the laser cutters. Look how clean those cuts are!! that's how you can tell a true laser cut part from a plasma cut by the smooth small burn edge/line. a plasma cut will be jagged and unevenly burned. do not be fooled by imitations! look at pictures of my competitors and you will see they actually plasma cut theirs, not laser cut. Also you may note other imperfections on theirs like uneven radius corners.

I will be receiving the first batch approximately 5/23/2018. I will need a few days to clean, powder coat, and package. If you sign up now, you will be sent an invoice upfront. Please pay it promptly. Yes, you will be paying a week or so before they are do to ship, but it's necessary to be able to process such a large batch. Please be patient. You will be notified when I receive them and when they ship.
